When the nanny came up he walked downstairs with the children..

He was back upstairs was the same, Alberto wasn’t assisting Murray with CPR, Murray was by himself at that point. Alberto was standing all waiting for the ambulance.

“Did you ask Alberto if 911 has been called? Yes”, and he answered he did. First question he asked.

“Did you come downstairs again? ‘

“Yes, Alberto was pacing up and down, Murray was doing whatever he was trying to do and I realize there was a possibility the ambulance could take some time I came downstairs asked the security to line up the vehicles, just in case we might take him by ourselves”.

(he doesn't talk about Murray asking if anyone knew CPR)

He escorted the paramedics to the room when they arrived(he didn’t say he went upstairs again before that as in the hearing).

After the paramedics arrived he leaves the room twice, once to put the children in the car for them not see his body on the gurney. The second time to alert the security they probably will come out soon, because the paparazzi were already climbing on the trees

(did we see any paparazzi’s doing so?)

He says he saw an I.V stand at the room. He does not see any other medical equipment.

(he does not say he sit down at the bedroom)

“Did you observe Mr. Michael Jackson being brought downstairs by the paramedics? Yes I was already downstairs when that happened”.

The children were in the vehicle.

Did you see Mr. Jackson being loaded into the paramedic’s vehicle? Yes, Dr.Murray got in the vehicle with the paramedics.

(According to Ben’s video Faheem was at the gate)

And he followed behind the ambulance.

Note: He does not talk about Michael Amir at all. He says he talked to Amir at the phone at 12:23 am but at any moment Amir was in contact with him at the house. Amir got there after the paramedics but it seems no one talked to Amir. Kai also didn’t see Amir there. Suddenly Amir was in the car going to UCLA.

At UCLA:
When they arrived the paparrazi’s were trying to surround the paramedics. “First that we did was take our jackets and shield him so they couldn’t get too many shots and we shield his children with our jackets and help carry them inside.”

He contacted the head of security at the hospital, a police officer, to let him know who was with them and who wasn’t.

“Did you see Michael being taken to the emergency room?” (very casual don’t you think?)“Yes

He was asked what he was doing:

“A lot was going on, his family arriving..(the family didn’t get there so fast) people trying to sneak in and was back and for between checking on him what was going on and checking with security making sure his family could get in”.

After he learns Michael was pronounced dead, Dr. Murray approaches to him.

Murray says to him: “he was hungry and wanted something to eat and he needed a ride”

“I told him, “we cannot take you anywhere; I told him there was a cafeteria at the hospital”

He saw Murray leaves through the glass door. He didn’t see Murray walking out of the building but he could see Murray was leading in that direction.

Now the videos from UCLA:

After you see Dr. Murray leaving at the button of the video did you see him again? No.

But you don’t know if he entered the building again? No

Ed asked if he knew what was that room (arrow in the pic), who was in that room and what was going on there. Faheem says NO.

When? I am not sure of the time. I believe we spoke to the detectives in that room..

(tricky, the detectives got there after 5 pm, and at this time is only 5 pm)

Michael makes the statement once to Faheem; “You must think I am nuts”, for going so often to the doctor and Faheem says Yes. I just let him know that I don’t see him in a way or the other.

He told Faheem the he had a skin disease and that his doctor says he [Michael} has to go to visit the doctor….

When you called her did you speak to her or did Michael speak to her? I don’t recall, I believe I got the voicemail and I left her a message. Eventually a did speak to her.

What advice was given to you by Cherryl Lee? I don’t recall.

Did you have a conversation with Cherryl Lee about Michael Jackson symptoms? Yes. What did she tell you to do? I don’t recall.

Did you talk to Dr. Murray about the call to Cheryl Lee? No I didn’t talk to Dr. Murray.
So far the defense didn't ask any question they had asked during the hearing.

He says he received a phone call saying Mr Jackson had this symptoms and he should contacted the nurse Cherryl Lee.

“Michael Jackson was standing there when you called Cherry Lee, wasn’t he?” No he wasn’t”.

“He was.. ““No sir.”

“ Where was he?”” I don’t know sr.”

“I wasn’t inside his home, I might even been at the property, I don’t know what my location was I know I receive the call”

“ The call you received was from Michael Amir?”” Yes”. “And Cherrily Lee?”” NO”.

“You spoke to the detectives in two different occasions, right?”” Yes”

“And you never didn’t tell them about Cherrly Lee situation, did you?” “The situation never came up”.

“but you did tell the police officers on Jun 25 that Dr. Murray was trying to help Michael Jackson to sleep, didn’t you?”” Yes I did”.

“How did you know that?” “ Rumors”.

Now he is going to talk about the call of Amir that day:

He is asked when he got to Carolwood for his shift.

He explains the why he can leave the house in the middle of the shift, talking about the house security and he had to be there only if Michael needed to go to some place.

Ed asks if there was any surveillance camera. He replies yes. Asked if the police requested them, he replies yes.

“Was there any special request for the surveillance tape any particular time? “ “He doesn’t recall.’

He is asked if there was someone else with him and the technician to retrieve the surveillance tapes, he says he does not recall.

Whatever LAPD got away with was all that was available. he does not know .

“Did you happen to see the amount of the tape that was download?”... (I couldn’t hear)..

Now asking when he got to Carolwood drive after Amir called:

Ed asked Faheem if he went through the gates and surveillance camera to get in the house after he turned around but Amir requested on Jun 25. He says he was with his wife and she drop him off and he entered.

(weird, he was with his wife all the time then. He goes to work, check the security at the house, leaves to the bank, Amir calls him, he turns around, takes around 3 minutes to get back to the house and he was all the time with his wife)

He goes upstairs to the bedroom

How many times you go up and downstairs? 4 or 5

The reasons:

1. to get the children out of sight;

2. to get the vehicles lined up;

3. to get the ambulance up;

4. to prepare the security to leave;

Ed asks if he remembers what was on I.V stand, he replies he does not remember.

Asks if he saw any oxygen tanks. He doesn’t recall.

Vials, needles and medical things.. he doesn’t recall.

Ed asks if he recall at the first time he testified… he says he doesn’t think so

He is asked if he happened to know where he was going when he left the hospital. He doesn’t recall.

He says they received a call from the security left in the house and they said the detectives arrived and they want to ask some questions and they went back to the house.

He spoke to police officers at Carolwood.

He spoke to detective Abdul at Carolwood, standing to the right of the front door.

He stays there for 30 minutes.

The detective wanted to talk to the nanny and he took the detective to “Katherine’s house”.

Was Alberto there? Not that I recall.

Did he show up later? Not that I recall.

Theres something off about these bodyguards/securityguards & paramedics.

Here I go again talking about my ex-husband. For years he worked as corporate security guard & private security guard and hes also city cop. He would tell me about his duties & responsibilites.

Professional Security people are highly trained to be observant & meticulous...meaning when they walk into a room they will remember detailed stuff, especially in emergencies, stuff that the normal person wouldnt see. Security people keep written time sheets / logs about everthing that happens throughout their shift which includes dates & times of ALL activities.

Same goes for the paramedics...paramedics are very much like the cops in that they are highly trained for emergency situations & they are observant of their surroundings, they keep time logs & make written reports..they will see & remember stuff that the lay person doesnt.

So, to have these security guards & paramedics contradicting each other, saying they dont remember or recall times or dont remember stuff in the room, is just plain bogus. Either they are not real security people and paramedics or they dont wanna talk and are deliberately contradicting each other.

BTW my ex husband is 5'9 & 135lb. Hes thin but hes healthy & active. So when they say MJs skinny at that height & weight...yes hes skinny, but just becuz hes skinny doesnt mean hes sickly.

Michael Jackson's security guard Alberto Alvarez -- the man who called 911 the morning MJ died -- just took the stand, claiming Murray asked him to remove several vials of Propofol before he called an ambulance.

Alvarez claims he quickly arrived at the scene on June 25th, 2009 -- and saw Murray performing one-handed chest compressions on MJ, who was still in the bed. According to Alvarez, Murray immediately asked him to pack away several vials and an IV bag.

What we usually did was walk through the entire venue, quick scan, make sure there wasn’t any one there was wasn’t supposed (to be). Get Staples security and that everything was secure and that his dressing room was secure.

Yes sir. (snip)Was there to greet him and take him through. I took him from the Escalade caravan through the complex.

What I remember is (that) he was happy in a very cheerful mood. That day I was assigned to the back stage. There was a ramp at the back stage (where the dancers came through). (He was not out in the arena where Jackson was rehearsing.)

So) he didn’t have much interaction with Michael throughout the rehearsals. His only interaction was through the “ball park.” (On the return trip home.) He then took Michael with the golf cart to the Escalades.

Still appeared to be in good spirits?
Yes sir. Once we got him back into his vehicle. Then his job was to select the route to drive back to Carolwood.

Arrived before Mr. Jackson?
Yes sir.

Did you see a vehicle that you recognized as Dr. Murry's?
(Yes.)

What time did you arrive?
It was after midnight sir.

He got there before Michael and Murray was already there. Which means, if Michael called Murray had to be before he gets home, not because he couldn't sleep.

(Was he) part of the crew to bring things into the house?
Yes sir.

He then checked into the security office beside the trailer.

"Did you pick him up in his golf cart?"

"yes he exited his vehicle and I sped up to take him to the Green Room"

"He was in very good spirits"

"After you dropped him off at the green room what did you do?"

"I parked the golf car so it was ready to pull out fast in case he needed to get out fast. I then set the perimeter and went in and out of our break room"

"What did you do during rehearsal?"

"That particular day I was in charge of the back stage perimeter"

"Where exactly?"

"There was a big monitor on stage. And there was like a big garage door to the stage through which he would enter. He would also exit through there and I would be there waiting in case he needed smt"

"Did you see parts of the rehearsal and did you see his mood?"

"Certain songs I would peak out and watch him. He was doing very well for the most part. I remember the dancers saying that......"

"I loaded him to his vehicle. I jumped to the advanced vehicle to secure the perimeter"

"I drove up to freeway 101, exited I think Sunset. I spotted a closure in the freeway and I called the primary vehicle to inform them so they wouldnt have to wait"

"Did you get to Carolwood dr before Michael?"

"Yes"

"I walked up to the house and made sure the front door was unlocked"

"And did he arrive?"

"I helped him open the door, take the gifts and flowers that the fans had given him and placed them in his house"

No. I was sitting at my desk, and my phone was in my pocket. I reached into the pocked but by the time I pulled it out it had gone to voice mail. So I dialed back twice and he was able to answer. He proceeded to ask me (if I was) at the property. I said, "Yes." He said, "Get up (to the house) don't be so, (rough?) Go to the front." He said, "Walk don’t run."

As you were walking to that area, did you see at any times Michael's son Prince?
(He had reached the top of the stairs As I was coming up the stairs I saw Michael's son Prince coming from the opposite direction.at this point.)

Prince was walking in the opposite direction of you?
(Yes??)

So Prince was coming from the room, where his dad was supposelly dying alone, since Murray was in the hallway. Would a son go in opposite direction when people are running to save his father?

When you first saw Dr. Murray did he say anything to you?
He said "Alberto, come quick."

He was still on the phone with Michael Amir and then at that point hung up with Michael Amir.

Does the Exhibit in front of you, does that show the entry way in the foyer?

He was on the right side of the bed and he was giving chest impressions to Michael. He was already giving him chest compressions.

Wow.. Murray was fast.. he was at the hallway and was already doing chest compressions on Michael!

As he looked in he (Dr. Murray) was on the right side of the bed. (Q? A?)

As you’re standing on the foyer looking into this bedroom, Dr. Murray was on the far side of the bed? Michael was on this (side) laying with his feet facing this (way)?

What observations did you make about Mr. Jackson?
He was flat on his back with his hands to the side of him in this manner (witness demonstrates) and his face was slightly to the left and his eyes were open and his mouth was open.

What did you see Dr. Murray (do)?
He was standing over him. He was giving him chest compressions with one hand.

As I observed Alberto (said?), "We need to get him to an hospital and get him to and ambulance!" Paris screamed, "Daddy!" And she started crying. Dr. Murray then said, "Get them out!! Don't let them see their father like this!" (It's interesting, the tone of voice the witness uses for each person when he's describing what they said.) I turned to children (and said something like) "Don’t worry children we'll take care of it." And then got (them to go) outside (the bedroom). I secured them outside and then I shut the door. (snip)

(I) then returned to the room where Michael Jackson was on the bed I asked what happened. Dr. Murray said, "He had a reaction! He had a reaction!" (The witness quotes Dr. Murray in an excited manner.) And that’s all he said at the time.

It is interesting that Albert said he "shut" the door, the question remains: Who opened the door for the paramedics to get in?

Did he instruct you on what do to do?
After he said, a bad reaction, I was froze. I was looking at the situation. I looked around at the whole scene and then he (Murray) grabbed (a?) handful of bottles, vials and he instructed me to put then into a bag. I looked toward my right and there was a chair and a plastic bag so I went for that bag and grabbed that and I had him put the medicine bottles in the bag.

From where did Conrad Murray grab these medicine bottles? There was a night stand, or little table in this area, here, (indicating on the exhibit) the side of the bed that Dr. Murray was on.

Adjacent to the bed at the head of the bed?
Yes sir.

What exactly then did you see Dr. Murray do?
I saw him grab the bottles (witness demonstrating with one hand). (He) grabbed those, stretched them out to me.

You held open the plastic bag?
Yes sir. He (Murray) then placed the bottles in the bag.

How were (you) able to tell they were bottles?
I saw them. He held them out and put them in the bag. (Witness demonstrates how he held the bag open and how Dr. Murray dropped the bottles in the bag.)

Now bottles are now in the bag. What did Dr Murry tell you to do that bag?
Put it (clear plastic bag) inside the brown bag and I looked towards that direction (Dr. Murray indicated) and saw a brown bag, that was left of a chair facing the bag. There was a brown bag and I dropped the bag.

There is some confusion whether or not Alvarez said this or that to the police and if he had said he saw a box with a wire, not a needle and the defense says that detective Meyers has recorded the questioning.

The prosecution is saying Alvarez didnt tell detective Meyer and detective Smith that CM had asked him to hide evidence.

The security cameras



It seems the bodyguards didn't watch the security cameras at the house, at least Alberto. I can only guess that there wasn't any monitors on the security trailer and I wonder why.

Who did keep the watch on the security cameras? Where were the monitors for the security cameras footage?



Michael's bodyguards were not allowed to go inside the house. Why Michael Almir sent Alberto to the front door is they usually go by the kitchen door? Was it to put a show?



Interesting that Alberto says it was a machine attached to the body finger, but the paramedics didn't see any of it.

Back to Carolwood:


It seems there was no reason to go back to Carolwood other the walk the dog. No mention if Alberto talked to the cops on Carolwood, just at UCLA.

So, from June 2009 until February 2010, Alberto was not working for the Jacksons. They hired in on Feb 2010, after he had told the detectives he helped Murray to hide the prescriptions drugs (August 2009) and still the family hires him to fire him two months after that. The family knew he had hidden the vials and still hires him.... interesting...

However it seems to be a big deal because during the re-crossed the defense team comes back to this question even the question from the prosecutors were about something else:

Alberto Alvarez has a new lease of life after being left penniless when the Jackson family sacked him after his evidence helped convict Conrad Murray, the People can reveal

One Direction have hired Michael Jackson’s faithful ­bodyguard ­after he was given the boot by the dead star’s relatives.

Alberto Alvarez, 36, tried ­desperately to save Jackson and called an ambulance as the star’s life ebbed away.

He could have made a fortune from his story but saved it for a court of law.

Michael’s family relied on the minder’s evidence to convict Dr Conrad Murray of ­involuntary ­manslaughter.

But after the fuss over last November’s trial had died down, they sacked Alberto. And despite all his loyalty the married dad of two was left penniless.

My comment: this is not true. Alberto was fired about May 2010, not after the trial. Well, it is Mirror tabloid, but they are trying to paint the family as bad as they can.


Now he is overjoyed that the world’s biggest boyband have saved him. Alberto will join them on the American leg of their 2013 world tour next June.

He said: “I’m really excited. They’re a great group of young men and they have great ­talent. I am proud to work for them. Working for the boys has ­pulled me through a ­terrible time. It really helped me cope with what ­happened three years ago when Michael died.

“I’ve been through the mill but I am coming out the other side.

“I just wanted to get the trial over. Since then I have felt a lot better.

“The events of three years ago are less heavy on my mind. They won’t ever go away but I do feel ­better. I started ­working as a ­bodyguard again last year.

“And ­working for One Direction – the ­biggest boyband in the world – is so ­exciting. I did some work for them in California last year and they liked me.

“Now every time they are here I work with them. The other week I was with Zayn Malik at the Video Music Awards in Los Angeles.

“A few months back I spent time with Louis Tomlinson and his girlfriend.

“They were talking about me ­accompanying them on their big tour.”

My comment: This is a surprise, I never saw Alberto taking that much to the media. It does not sound right for a bodyguard talking so much about someone he will work.

Their new single Live While We’re Young, released today, is already No1 in 40 countries thanks to early orders.

Bosses realised their security needed to be beefed up. The lads were mobbed by 15,000 screaming girls when they appeared outside New York’s Rockefeller Center in April.

US guards invariably have a ­licence to carry a gun.

A One Direction insider said: “American ­bodyguards have been called in because fans can be very full on there. Mothers actually offer the boys large sums of money to sleep with their ­teenage daughters. It is ridiculous.”

Two months after 50-year-old Jackson died Alberto went to the police and told them what he had witnessed.

He turned down up to half a million pounds to tell his story on TV, saying he wanted it to come out in court.

At first the Jacksons vowed to keep him on the payroll to protect children Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10.

But he was fired nine months later amid claims that he had failed to disclose a drink-driving arrest and a domestic ­violence complaint.

Alberto’s friends say he was devastated by the loss of the job he loved. He ­struggled financially because he had been forced to hire a lawyer to guide him through the Murray trial.

And he told how he was racked with guilt over Jackson’s death.

He said: “I’ve had sleepless nights. I play over in my mind what I could have done differently. I hoped people would ­understand that I did everything in my ­powers for Michael.”

Well already back in March we heard that One Direction has a HUGE crowd of bodyguards... twenty each (!!!).

I wonder which role Alvarez gets to play among one hundred bodyguards...

They're arguably the biggest boyband at the moment, so they fans are obviously bound to be hyped up.

But One Direction's management could be being a little over-protective on their U.S. tour.

The boys will reportedly have 20 bodyguards each during their stay in Dallas.

Sources told website TMZ that a security team of 100 had been assigned to protect the group for their performance in Dallas which is only supposed to last 45 minutes.

They are scheduled to play just four songs for a crowd of about 7,000 at the Dr Pepper Ballpark.
