If it is found out that Branca and McClain/AEG/SONY have anything to do with the framing of Dr. Murray for Mike's death, than of course they will be charged for fraud, conspiracy, and theft. They may not know he's alive right now, but maybe they will soon. Why would they be told before the trial? If there is an investigation still in process, they are waiting for these culprits to dig themselves a hole. As I see it Shadow, I think MJ estate is part of the plan.The estate has what the "bad guys" want, the estate is the bait.
They officially don't know about the faked death, I think, because they were "broght" to it later, so no one can link them to a previous plan. They don't have officially "any" connection with 50 AEG concerts or Murray.
Have you noticed that none of authorized release by the estate has R.I.P. on it? No R.I.P. on This is it, which the estate has 90%, no R. I. P. at MICHAEL the album, no R.I.P. at the Michael t-shirt. Nothing officially approved by the estate has R.I.P. or anything related to death.
Another interesting thing is that the estate didn't allow Katherine to make part of the board. She can have whatever she wants, but she does not make decisions about the money and the trust fund, etc.
This may be seen as a bad thing if Michael was dead, however when he comes back if there is any charges against the executors (smart lawyers) Katherine is out of it, because she was kept distant and apart of any decision made by the estate. The estate makes sure no one from the Michael's family has any official part in the decisions.
Michael is too smart, he wouldn't let the future of his children and mother falls in the hands of his enemies.
PS: The estate is making sure that Katherine has not a single involvement with MJ brand use and decisions of making money out of it. The estate is trying to bring all upon the estate. If some charges comes out she would be free of any charges.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch to be re-created at Mandalay Bay

Memories and memorabilia from Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch will be part of a new, all-access and interactive playground when Cirque du Soleil opens a $200 million salute to the late King of Pop with a residency at Mandalay Bay in 2013.
The attraction also will feature unreleased songs that he’d completed before his death, plus never-before-seen video of the final dress rehearsals for the “This is It” concert run he was about to undertake at O2 Arena in London.
Cutting-edge, 3D hologram technology would even conceivably permit guests to dance alongside Michael, performing “Thriller,” “Beat It” and other hits. The all-access attraction is being built by Ubisoft, which created and marketed the dance game phenomenon Michael Jackson Experience.
But that’s only the beginning!
First up, the first-ever officially authorized Michael Jackson Fan Fest complete with re-created music video sets. It opens in tandem with the Immortal concert arena touring show that lands on the Strip on Dec. 3 at Mandalay Bay Events Center for 33 performances. It premieres Oct. 2 in Cirque’s hometown of Montreal.
I interviewed Immortal writer and director Jamie King yesterday after the official Cirque announcements, and you can see and hear that in the YouTube video posted by Richard Corey. We’ll have a report of the chat next week.
The $59 million touring show will be bigger and more ambitious than Jamie’s prior tours, including jaunts with Madonna and Britney Spears. “It will be the biggest touring show ever because of all the dancers, musicians and acrobats,” he said.
In all, the financial commitment for the partners for both shows, the additional attractions and the changes at Mandalay Bay to accommodate MJ Zone are expected to hit $200 million.
Cirque du Soleil CEO Daniel Lamarre estimates that it will take 25 double tractor-trailer trucks to carry the elaborate stages, rigging and special effects equipment across North America for its two-year run. Fifty cities are already set, and more dates are being added. As the second residency show arrives on the Strip, the touring show moves to Europe and the rest of the world for at least three years.
The demand for the touring show is phenomenal -- more than any other time in Cirque history,” Daniel said. “We have promoters across the world trying to book the show. We have to hire engineers to ensure the roof structures are strong enough to support our stages and equipment rigging. We see America and the rest of the world running for five years and conceivably even longer than that in the first go round.”

As the touring show leaves Las Vegas, Cirque replaces Disney’s The Lion King at Mandalay Bay Theater and will redesign the space for the Spring 2013 opening of the as-yet-untitled show.
Entrances for audiences will look like Neverland with a re-created oak tree that Michael nicknamed “The Giving Tree,” where he sometimes wrote music and slept on a perch he built atop it outside his bedroom. Architectural and engineering teams from Cirque and Mandalay Bay have already begun to evaluate the transformation and the need to relocate existing venues in the casino to create the Jackson zone. The 1,800 seats will remain the same, but the stage, lobby and entry hallway will be radically changed.
Mandalay President and COO Chuck Bowling said: “We are deeply honored and humbled to become home to the incredible entertainment that will celebrate his legacy for new generations to come. He was the ultimate international icon for music, dance, style and mystique. He will now live in many new ways for years to come.”
I quizzed him on the financial investment. “It’s safe to say it will be a multi-multi-million-dollar commitment, but it’s too early to even have preliminary budget figures just yet.” We’ll have the full conversation with Chuck next week.
There also will be a Michael Jackson-themed ultra lounge, a retail boutique that will feature older brother Jackie Jackson’s fashion leather line and the interactive memorabilia museum re-creating Neverland.
Jackie said yesterday: “It is all incredible -- bananas! So much bigger and amazing than we ever thought possible. It’s a wonderful legacy for Michael and makes him live forever. He always loved Cirque, and he would be very proud to see what he once dreamed about coming true with all of this. I’m convinced he’s very happy about all of this and from his look down from above also very proud.”
Jackie and I talked yesterday, and some of that you can see and hear on the YouTube video posted by Richard, and we’ll post the conversation next week.
I also talked at length yesterday with attorney John Branca, Michael’s one-time manager and now co-executor of his estate. He told me that Michael was a big Cirque fan since seeing the tented production in Santa Monica many years ago.
“He was a big supporter of Cirque and saw all their shows, even going to the headquarters in Montreal to watch behind the scenes. All of what we are doing at Mandalay Bay will give fans from around the world a permanent place to celebrate. Very few fans would ever get to visit Neverland Ranch because it was in such a remote location. Now bringing some of those memorabilia pieces, Mandalay becomes Michael Jackson’s new home and a home away from home.”
John, who I know from my Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous days, admitted that he’d met with Michael on the Wednesday before his death to get his business life in order and to plot all future business strategies.
“We are simply fulfilling that strategy that he wanted,” he told me. “You will hear Michael’s voice throughout everything. There was only one, and therefore there can be only one. You will see and hear his music that hadn’t been released along with the video that we held back from This Is It.” The interview with some extraordinary revelations will be posted next week.
The creative phase of the touring show has been completed over the past 9 months, and everybody has been hired. With Jamie at the controls, everybody now moves to Montreal, and rehearsals start in three weeks. Six months from now, the show has its world premiere. “Michael is my co-director,” Jamie said. “I am not doing this alone. He is right at my side.”
Whereas the arena concert production will be a grand rock show spectacular, the permanent show with a different director will feature more theater and technology and will be a far more intimate experience.
Daniel summed up: “I cannot imagine this residency show ever closing. It will last forever. Yes, we have a five-year plus five-year plus five-year deal as with all of our Vegas contracts, but in the tradition of Cirque, our shows last forever.
“The changes coming to Mandalay Bay will be permanent. This is the biggest entertainment project we have ever undertaken. It is also our biggest challenge but also the most exciting. It will be the very best experience you could ever imagination and fully exceed the expectation of all of his fans.”

Michael Jackson Fan Fest details, plus late singer’s plans before death

This week, we’ll post our interviews with the partners of Team Michael Jackson involved with the new Cirque du Soleil shows headed here -- the touring show and the new permanent residency show opening in 2013 as part of an MJ Zone at the resort. First up is a rare and revealing interview with the co-executor of the estate, attorney and former manager John Branca.
Robin Leach: When you took on this enormous responsibility, I think it’s safe to say that at that moment, neither his family nor his fans understood what your role was. You’ve not only polished the reputation, you’ve protected the reputation, and you’ve built an enormous industry going forward. When you sat down those first moments after his tragic death and said I am the co-executor of the estate, what was in your mind to achieve for the man you once managed?
John Branca: That’s a big question. First of all, when that job was handed to me, I was thankful because a lot of Michael’s fans were really supportive. They had felt that since I’d been there with him since January 1980 that John McClain and I were the right co-executors for the job. So that gave me some confidence, but we had to prove ourselves, and there were a lot of challenges. The fact that I’d worked with Michael on and off for 30 years and that I had come to know him so well in terms of his business approach gave me a big advantage.
I kind of felt like I knew what to do right from the start. I think if somebody brand new had come in, it would have taken them a year or two just to figure everything out. But John McClain went to high school with Michael, I worked with him on and off for 30 years. It almost seemed natural.
It didn’t seem like, “OK, we have to figure this out.” It was just once the judge handed the baton to us, we just started running. The one thing that I think made it easy was our decision to authorize and release the movie This Is It because when I saw that footage, I realized, in my opinion, that people would see Michael in a different way. They would see Michael the perfectionist, they would see the reason why he was a great artist. At the same time, you would see his humanity. Michael did not talk down to his musicians and his dancers. He was a very gentle but demanding human being.
We felt if we put this movie out, people would see Michael in a whole different way, and fortunately that was the case. And it went on to become by far the most successful concert documentary movie of all time. As busy as he was, I’m certain he got time to see the video shot of himself from those final rehearsals. I’m sure he did review it to study it to see which parts he might want to do better. I don’t know for a fact, but I’m pretty sure he reviewed some of it, although not all of it.
RL: Do you get any criticism, or if there was any, how did you answer it about making so much money out of his name? First of all, I’m presuming some of that moneymaking was forced on you because of his large debts that had to be straightened out.
JB: We viewed our obligation as really to Michael, in terms of his legacy and his work, and then to his mother and his children. And what we wanted to do over time was to be able to put the Estate into a condition where eventually when it was handed over to his own three children down the line, it would be in much better shape than when we inherited it. So it’s our job to generate income. If we sat around and did nothing, it would be a disservice.
RL: Do you eventually relinquish this work, and then it goes to the three children?
JB: Down the road. Well down the road. Under Michael’s trust, which is confidential, there is a date at which when the children reach a certain age, the assets get distributed, and as is typical in high income, high-network families, you don’t turn it over too soon. You wait until the kids are older.
RL: So they have to be well over 21. If Michael was witness to everything that’s going on now, with what you’ve done, what you’ve managed to achieve, do you think he would approve and it would all have his blessing?
B: I think so. I think that because of the many conversations I’d had with him over the years. It wasn’t so much that he spoke about his own immortality, but he spoke about his legacy. I met with Michael the week before he passed away, and we had an agenda to go over about future affairs. A couple of months before, he had said through his manager Frank DiLeo that he wanted me to start thinking things, ideas, so when I came into that meeting, I had an agenda with a lot of ideas. I left knowing which ones Michael wanted, and so what we have done is what he wanted anyway.
The other thing is that John McClain had said to me, if we went to Michael and said let’s put out a film of your rehearsal footage, he would have said, “Are you of your mind?” Michael was a perfectionist, so purely rehearsal footage would have been a no. But if we’d said to him, ‘Michael they’re gonna pay you X amount of money, and it’s going to be the most successful concert film ever, and the album will go to No. 1, and it’s going to outsell Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber combined, what do you think then? He would have instantly said, “Where do I sign?”
RL: This meeting that you had a week before he passed. Was it in any way a premonition, or in getting ready to fly to London for an extended stay with This Is It, was it just being protective and the normal case of keeping one’s life in order?
JB: I had not been working with Michael since 2006. I had resigned. But in 2009, he signed up for the This Is It concert tour. I said to myself humbly, “I’m not sure that there’s anybody else that can help Michael achieve what he wants to achieve. Not artistically, because he was the master with that, but business-wise. I called the AEG people and his manager to simply let Michael know if he wanted any help and had the interest, I’m here for him.
I got the calls back, and they said Michael wants you to implement a plan. So over the course of a couple of months, we gave it a lot of thought, and I was ready to meet him on the Wednesday -- never thinking for a moment he would be dead that weekend. It was far more about helping him have a plan from the concerts. The timing was totally coincidental … it was not a premonition. Those outlines, however, became our blueprint for protecting and ensuring his legacy. It’s what he wanted to do anyway. Cirque du Soleil and Michael Jackson
RL: Would he have wanted this amazing partnership with Cirque du Soleil?
JB: I took Michael to his first Cirque show. We went together back in the early ’80s. It was a tent show in a Santa Monica parking lot next to the pier. He loved it! We had to go backstage after because he wanted to say hello to all of the entertainers. He was a huge Cirque fan. He saw every one of the Cirque shows. He went to Montreal to see Cirque headquarters and watch all the performers at work. In his way, he is now working with Cirque, which is something he always wanted to do.
RL: Your prediction for Cirque’s arena tour and for the second show and the Neverland re-created museum of memorabilia here -- a prediction on it all?
JB: My philosophy is you do the best you can in creating what you’re creating. And if you do a good-enough job and it’s Michael Jackson and Michael’s music with Cirque and Jamie King, well, the results speak for themselves.
RL: Final question: You worked with him for a long period of time. What was his genius, what was it about him that had that mega appeal to connect with everybody around the world? Did he even understand it himself?
JB: Michael’s genius was multifaceted. He started out as this incredible young singer and dancer that then got molded through the Berry Gordy Motown music factory into becoming the consummate entertainer. He then started to write his own music. Who knew he was a songwriter? Then after Off the Wall, he started to produce his own music. He produced “Billie Jean” and “Beat It” with Quincy Jones and co-produced “Bad.” Michael Jackson's This Is It @Palms
His talent kept unfolding and growing -- part of it because he was so driven to perfection and he studied the other greats. The other part was an innate likability about him. You read stories of great artists with egos, and nobody wants to be around them. That was not Michael. Michael was a great artist and a great genius, and everybody loved him.
RL: I had the privilege of having a Chinese dinner with him one night at the Wynn hotel here. He was the most regular, likeable guy in the world.
JB: Exactly, and then when he was ready to go onstage, he went to another level of superstar.
John told me that Michael has 32 million friends on Facebook and that his older brother Jackie Jackson is very involved with the Estate. “Jackie has been working with us at the estate on many projects, including developing a very high-end leather jacket line inspired by Michael’s videos that will be available retail at the MJ Zone in Mandalay Bay,” he said.
Tomorrow, we’ll post the conversation with Jackie, along with how Mandalay Bay President Chuck Bowling plans to set up his hotel for the experience. Later in the week, our interviews continue with Immortal director Jamie King and Cirque President Daniel Lamarre.
John summed up: “We are thrilled to establish Michael’s home away from home here at Mandalay Bay. Very few fans would ever get to visit Michael’s Neverland Ranch because of its remote location. But millions of Michael’s fans will now come to Mandalay Bay to hear Michael’s music and experience Michael in many other ways.
“When we think about Fan Fest, Michael was always a fan of Beatles Fest, Elvis Week, Star Wars conventions, and he used to say, ‘Someday I want to have my own fan convention.’ Michael’s fans have told us they also want the same thing, so we are thrilled to accomplish another one of Michael’s objectives. We look forward to working with our partners to make happen all the things Michael himself wanted.”

Michael Jackson’s older brother Jackie Jackson is convinced that the late King of Pop is fully supportive of all the Cirque du Soleil show developments and the two productions set for Mandalay Bay starting in December. “He’s definitely watching over this. He’s going to be alive in everybody’s minds for all the years to come now. He lives on,” Jackie said.
“Michael would have loved what’s going on now for his legacy. He always loved the business and the entertainment all his life. He loved the flash. He loved Las Vegas. He loved Cirque and saw every Cirque show they produced.
“I still remember the very first Cirque that came out. He called and told me, ‘Jackie, you’ve got to see this show.’ And he flew me out, and we saw the show together and from then on he saw every show. He loved Guy (Laliberte), the Cirque founder, and the whole Cirque show family. He loved them, so he really wanted to be a part of them. … He’s a part of it right now with these shows. It all fulfills his own dreams, and I believe he knows all about this and would be very proud and happy with it.”
Jackie told me that the first Michael Jackson: Immortal show that arrives at Mandalay Bay on Dec. 3 is a traveling rock concert spectacular. “The second show will be permanently housed at Mandalay Bay. They will be completely different in the way they look and feel, even though Michael’s songs will be the same.
“Obviously, because people want the hits in both. I can’t get into the other show right now because there’s going to be surprises about it, and I don’t want to give anything away. All kinds of things will be going on with the permanent show and the memorabilia zone.”
His line of leather jackets from Michael’s own designs will be launched in about five weeks on Amazon and will be among items for sale in the Michael Jackson Zone to be opened at Mandalay Bay.
Mandalay Bay President Chuck Bowling is the executive who has to reconfigure his hotel gaming floor for the Michael Jackson invasion.

And the incredible logistics involved? Cirque will keep the 1,800-seat Lion King Theater when they move in Dec. 31, but everything else changes. “We’ve begun thinking about the process of putting all three elements together: theater, interactive space, the MJ Zone with the ultra lounge and retail. The logistics of it are still in design. … We’ll clearly create an amazing experience inside of the showroom that we’re starting to define now.
“So far, we have not developed a firm budget -- not even really a tentative budget. We’ve got ideas in the background, but it wouldn’t be accurate to quote you anything, but we’re working on that. Certainly multi-, multi-million dollars. We’re only going to do the right thing, like Cirque and MGM resorts have always done: always first class. Add the Michael Jackson element, it can only be one thing, which is top-of-the-line first class.
“We are very excited about all the Michael Jackson elements that will elevate the total brand of Mandalay Bay. We know it will further our entertainment footprint not only in Las Vegas but also all over the world. This is an important message that Las Vegas is more than alive and well. … This will bring hope.”

Follow me, dear reader, for a glimpse behind the curtain at Canada’s global entertainment juggernaut.
Last night in New York, Daniel Lamarre, the chiefexecutiveofficer of Cirque du Soleil, offered a rare peek at the ambitions and anxieties involved in running a business with annual revenues approaching $1-billion (U.S.).
In conversation with the editor of the Harvard Business Review, Mr. Lamarre discussed everything from Cirque’s new show opening at Radio City Music Hall, which he described as its riskiest venture yet, to why he empathizes with the creators of the ill-fated “Spider-Man” musical on Broadway.
He also made it clear that Cirque’s future lies in expanding its operations in Europe and Asia, since it has more or less saturated the market for its productions in North America.
The newest Cirque show, entitled Zarkana, will premiere in June at Radio City Music Hall, with several months of performances in Manhattan before stops in Madrid and Moscow. “We’re pouring $50-million at it,” Mr. Lamarre said. “A month from now, if people don’t react properly, the party’s over.”
“Are we nervous? Yes. Are we anxious? No,” Mr. Lamarre said, noting that such uncertainty was the nature of the business. "You either accept the risks that come with it or you stay home.”
Mr. Lamarre said he had read “everything” about “Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark,” a Broadway musical with an acclaimed director that has been plagued by accidents and terrible reviews. “I felt so bad for them because I know something like that could happen to us,” he said. “We’re in a very high-risk business.”
Looking ahead, the companyplans to diversify geographically, he said. It currently has eleven permanent shows, seven of them based in Las Vegas, and 11 shows on tour. Three more are in the pipeline, including one opening in October based on the music of Michael Jackson. “The pressure is going to be awesome, but that’s what we like,” he said.
Mr. Lamarre, formerly a public-relations guru and television executive, arrived at Cirque a decade ago. He said there were distinct benefits in running a privately-held business. “I don’t have to impress a financial analyst or show results on a quarterly basis,” Mr. Lamarre said. “I have an owner who is happy with the money he is making.”
Headquartered in Montreal, Cirque is owned largely by its founder, Guy Laliberté, a one-time street performer whose net worth is now estimated at $2.5-billion. In 2008, two arms of the Dubai government purchased a 20 per cent stake in the firm.
Mr. Lamarre also talked about his partnership with Mr. Laliberté. “My job is to take all of his crazy ideas and test them with metrics,” he said. Potential business partners who negotiate with Cirque are sometimes surprised to find it has a talented staff of financial analysts, he added. “Yes, we’re dreamers, but we have to make business sense.”
Asked how he measured success, Mr. Lamarre said the proof was always in the audience’s reaction to a show. And with over a hundred million spectators served, the novelty value is wearing off. “What’s tough for us is that the expectations are getting higher and higher,” he said.

So Branca is telling Robin Leach he saw him on the 24th June 2009,but in other articles he meet with Michael on the 17th June 2009........so which is it

So why wasn't John Branca called to testify in January,he would have had an idea on how healthy Michael was.......

It sounds to me as it was staged, an casual convo. Branca sounds in this part of the convo like he does not know Michael at all. Michael is just one "client"..like "oh really?.. maybe I have a will..hmmm but I don't know if it is valid.

It is kind of weird, when someone is hired to work with someone and less than one week after that this person takes "vaccations" and go to another country. "Mexico".
It seems to me as part of the plot, more like Branca had to be away in the day of the "event" or he had to take care of other business offshore.

Well, I think his passport or any document says he wasn't in the country when the event took place, so he is not bound to the court. He does not have to make any statement under oath, very convenient.

It is exactly two years to the day that Michael Jackson died from an overdose of propofol in Los Angeles, and Jamie King is sitting in his Montreal apartment taking a break from the challenging rehearsals for Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson -- The Immortal World Tour.
"I remember the exact moment I heard the news when Michael had passed away," says King, softly. "I was in London with Madonna and we were in the O2 Arena doing her "Sticky & Sweet" tour. That is where Michael was supposed to come and launch his "This Is It!" tour. That was the last memory I have of him. Michael passed; we were there, and he was supposed to be coming there, but …"
It was the only rueful moment in an otherwise upbeat conversation centered around the multi-media live extravaganza King has written, designed and directed, in association with the Canadian theatrical company and the Michael Jackson estate. "So," he adds, "to now be asked to immortalize Michael in this way, was just overwhelming."
Organizers expect the traveling road show, which bows in Montreal on Oct. 2 before hitting 80 markets through September 2012, to play for a combined audience of 1.5 million stretched out over 180 performances, with revenues projected to exceed $1 billion.
Jackson's multi-track vocals will be placed over a live band, which includes several key players who had toured with the pop star, such as keyboardist and music director Greg Phillinganes and drummer Jonathan "Sugarfoot" Moffett.
Patrons who expect a show similar to most Cirque du Soleil shows will likely be surprised.
"It's different," says Stephane Mongeau, executive producer for Cirque. "It's a live concert with musicians, dancers and acrobats.
"We wanted to pay tribute to Michael, his music and his dancing, so we anchored the show in his home of Neverland."
It was on a trip to Jackson's former home nine months after his death that attorney John Branca and Interscope Records founder John McClain, co-executors of the late singer's estate, laid the plans out to produce a show with Cirque founder/ CEO Guy Laliberte and Mongeau.
"We had been in touch with Jamie for five or six years just seeing what might be possible for us to create with him," says Mongeau. "We were already dialed into him and had already started the conversation with Jamie about doing future shows involving him and Cirque. The Estate was well aware of Jamie, too. So, when that opportunity came to do this, his name was the first one we all thought of."
The Immortal World Tour is Cirque's third venture into merging pop icons with their other-worldly acrobatics. The Beatles Love and Viva Elvis remain nightly sell outs at their anchored Las Vegas theaters; but this is the first attempt to take a pop music-oriented show on tour.
"Michael will always be present during the show through video and new technology, especially holographic technology," says King. "Most importantly, because it is a music-driven show, we're working with Michael's catalog. Michael is really the narrator, his voice will always be there."
The set will be carried by 30 tractor-trailers, and was designed by Mark Fisher, whose clients have included Pink Floyd and David Bowie.
As in Jackson's live performances, the energy will come from the dancing. "The iconic choreography of Michael Jackson is always referenced," says King, who worked with Jackson for nearly two years as a dancer and choreographer. "What is great about the magic of Cirque, as you know, is that his dancing can now be imagined in a more magical way, that not even Michael could have envisioned. We can take the moonwalk and now imagine it, upside down, on the ceiling in the arena!"
With a development budget north of $50 million, the production touts 65 Jackson songs, including standard arrangements, remixes and mash-ups; Jackson's choreography; and Cirque's trademark acrobatics.
"It will be unlike any other rock show that you may have seen before," boasts King, who began the project in March 2010. "It is a hybrid where we are taking the idea of a rock show and a Cirque show and taking it on the road."

This might all be nothing,but I have been following this since the 25th June 2009,and all of the different people connections,and new ventures are quite interesting.........and strangely they all link back to Michael........of course he is a very powerful man,but it is so intriguing watching this unfold.

This part also called my attention, but in a different way. Why were John, McClain, Guy and Mongeau going together in a trip to Neverland ranch?
Ok.. I could understand that Branca and McClain could go in a trip to Santa Barbara to meet people from Colony Capital since "MJ estate"owns 50% or more of Neverland ranch, but why to take the people from Cirque du Soilel with them?
Why did they need to go to the ranch in person?
Could this business be set in a office?

Following reports of Michael Jackson’s death from an apparent cardiac arrest on 25 June 2009, there was fevered speculation surrounding what happened that day at his Beverley Hills home and the UCLA Medical Center to which he was taken. Did he fake his own death? Was he already dead? Was he murdered?
Many people believe Jackson is still alive. The reason for the deceit? His disastrous finances. Despite selling over 61 million albums in the US alone, the troubled singer was reportedly in debt to the tune of more than US$400 million at the time of his supposed death.
His spending had got seriously out of control (Neverland Ranch cost him an estimated US$14.6 million in 1988) long before allegations of child abuse began to harm his reputation and stall his career. Huge lawsuit settlements and exorbitant legal fees took their inevitable toll on his fortune, forcing him to seek massive loans, initially from banks but increasingly from less salubrious lenders.
The theorists point out that faking his own death would have allowed him to settle these debts, while at the same time continuing to earn royalties, both from his own recordings (conveniently inflated enormously by his death) and from those in which he had a stake, including the incredibly valuable Beatles back catalogue.
It would also have provided a convenient escape route from what had the potential to be a catastrophic comeback tour in the UK. Few considered a clearly unwell Jackson able to fulfil a mammoth 50‐date commitment. The embarrassment of having to lip‐sync, looking decrepit on stage and cancelling shows could certainly have brought down the final curtain on his ailing career.
It is believed that he fled abroad shortly after his reported fatal heart attack, with suspected destinations including Mexico and Eastern Europe, where he is said to have taken a false identity, something which, in hindsight, he had been trying to achieve for years.
The change in Michael Jackson’s appearance has been well documented and the acceleration of this mutation over the last decade coincides neatly with the time period over which the scheme had reportedly been in planning. It is claimed that Jackson was replaced by a terminally ill double, whose family is being looked after in return. Countless pictures and video clips have surfaced purporting to show the musician alive and well after the date of his death.
The Jackson clan’s decision to cancel the public viewing of the body at the Neverland Ranch only gives further weight to the belief that the Thriller mastermind decided to stage his demise and live the rest of his life away from the pressures that had built up around him.
However, not everyone thinks Jackson is kicking back with Elvis in a private paradise. There is the theory that he died over 20 years ago, prior to the release of Bad, and that an impersonator took his place. It is rumoured that his body was found in a shallow grave near his miniature train track in Neverland. The authorities were tipped off to the corpse’s identity as it was found wearing a single glove and a red leather jacket.
Another theory goes that Jackson’s addiction to powerful anaesthetics, to treat chronic insomnia, was used as a cover by a shadowy group that sought his death. Made vulnerable by drug addiction and crippling debts, Jackson found himself controlled by a shady syndicate linked, according to different sources, to Russia, China or even the CIA. Attempts to free Jackson from their grip, made by the singer himself or his family (most likely to have involved a threat to go public with the story) forced the rogue organisation to bump off their moonwalking cash cow.
Others believe that Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sanctioned the murder of Jackson in order to distract Western media attention from the post‐election chaos in Iran. The British Royal Family are Aliens
The British Royal Family are an eccentric bunch. Gaffes, scandals and acts of general oddness are all part and parcel of their aristocratic lives. Some of them are a little funny‐looking too. Why is this? Is it because, as some would have us believe, they are reptilian shape‐shifting aliens?
According to one theory, the Windsor family were all sheltering from a World War Two Luftwaffe bombing raid when a stray explosive hit their hideaway, killing them all. An alien spacecraft, which had been hovering above the earth since the death of Queen Victoria, took this opportunity to infiltrate mankind, and replaced them. It assumed their identities using shape‐shifting powers.
It is claimed that Prince Philip is the real leader of the royal pack. His fascination with UFOs is no clandestine hobby. His subscription to several extraterrestrial quarterlies and alleged regular covert visits to areas where sightings have been reported and secret crash sites enable him to pick up vital messages and check up on old extraterrestrial friends. He is supposedly scared of exposure and, by personally following up every UFO lead, he ensures that no information relating to his true form can leak out.
Prince Philip’s position as the senior extraterrestrial family member has been questioned on occasion, although there is no doubting that he was one of the first royal aliens ‐ the disguise is clearly an early model: just look at the size of the top of his head and his ears! (The forehead problem seems to have been improved upon but they still clearly have problems with the ears.) Some say that his uncle, Lord Louis Mountbatten, was the alien commander‐in‐chief and point to his use of UFO interest as a cover that was passed on to his next‐in‐command. The assassination of his earthly body by the IRA in 1979 forced the alien being back to the mother ship.
While some believe that the aliens’ presence on earth is benign ‐ they are here to explore the planet and use their royal identities to visit places and events that are off‐limits to most ‐ others suggest that their purpose is more sinister.
These theorists, which include ex‐Coventry City goalkeeper, sports presenter and spokesperson for the Green Party David Icke (self‐styled son of God), claim that the British Royal Family are part of a reptilian shape‐shifting alien conspiracy to take over the world. Their goal is to create a totalitarian One World State, ruled over by a master race of beings from outer space. George W. Bush is also a member: that pretzel‐eating injury was no freak mishap; shape‐shifting causes occasional injury to the human tissue.
Their refreshment of choice is allegedly human blood and they are not afraid of permanently silencing those who threaten to expose their real identity. Was Princess Diana killed by this alien force because she had discovered their secret? Long mystified by Charles’ insistence on separate beds, even while dating and in marriage, an unplanned visit in the night to her partner’s bedroom is said to have laid the truth bare, as it is during the hours of darkness that they return to alien form. From that moment on some say, her days were numbered.

No doubt Michael would have seen her ,as he was back in the USA then.I believe he came back at the end of 2006 for James Browns funeral.So I'm sure he would have kept up with the music industry,and what was going on.
Maybe all nothing,but funny how everything ends up connected back to Michael one way or another.So I'm guessing there was a lot of secret business planning going on from 2005-2009.

Yes I have no doubt Michael was following the moves in the music industry in more than one way and he knew exactly what artists he would handpick for his projects. He is "behind the camera" now and in his own words: "Im having a lot of fun". I will never cease to be amazed of the exquisite overview he has of soooo many things going on. It simply mindblowing. This project has Michaels hands all over it and when the musical designer Kevin Antunes talks about having access to the masters, Im thinking how he got that access. Obviously with the blessing of the Estate, but most likely the access is directly to Michael. Using stuff from the masters will give you the opportunity to introduce smt people havent heard before and rather than to say it comes directly from Michael himself, we will be told it comes from these masters. Smart move. It seems like this is the kind of tribute show I would like to attend.

I get the updates from Michael Jackson official twitter. This twitter account is bound to Michael Jackson official site and store, it is funny in certain way, because the Michael Jackson official site is somehow linked to Sony, but it seems Sony has nothing to do with all of this.
"MJ estate" gave access to them to all masters and the masters are at Mjjac catalog which is not at Sony and is 100% controled by MJ estate. So, Sony has not word on the use of this catalog.
It seems the Estate is revealling it "piece by piece by piece", and it doesn't sound this was set only by the Estate after the Jun 25 2009 event. We saw all the trouble that Murray's defense team, the judge and the prosecutors had to go to watch the rehearsals of "This Is It' which is under Sony's. However, Michael's masters from Mjjac catalog is allowed to go around so easily.
They say Michael's voice will be heard and present through all the show.
The last video posted with the young acrobats, Michael Jackson tweeted together with "Strange in Moscow" video and I wonder why. I didn't make my mind about it yet.
Some of the artists picked as you said Gail, has some relation to Michael back 2006/2007. It seems they were chosen by that time. Also, it was said Michael wanted to do a show with Cirque de Solie back 2007, Michael did contact them, I guess.
This also reminds me to the trip of MJ Estate executors, with Guy from Cirque du Solie to Neverland, to set this concert or show. Something in the back of my mind is teeling me there is something missing.
