Yes "D" is working hard. The part about MiCardia and the Stent procedure was my research... its a bit trricky because sometimes he is called "Burchbinder" and at other times "Buchbinder". But I think I managed to get the same person

Yes it goes like a thread throughout the appeal. All these people have been involved in one scandal or another or seem to be a clue to smt else. And like the witnesses the Defense called at the trial I cant help thinking the same thing here.... why are these ppl mentioned? They only make his reputation worse. I wouldnt want to mention a priest involved in a sex scandal or a doctor involved in a case hitting a patient...

I know the judge has already ruled about this, maybe for that reason I will not comment too much about the prosecution document, but I will post it.

Flanangan (Flanofol) had no objection to the television coverage... Of course not.. they even relaesed a documentary after.. The question is why Flanofol is using this in the appeal if there is a record that he had agreed?

#conradmurray Judge has also ordered a court appointed forensic examination of Murray's iPhone. The one with Murrays recording of MJ talkg.

Just keeping the record. What else the judge might be looking in that phone?.

Yes an interesting date Nimue.

I wonder why they decided to check this out now,they could have done that back in 2009,and then before the trial,rather than leave until December 2012

I wonder if this is really true?

It seems Flanagan is making Murray to have his appeal dismissed. Flanagan is refusing to give the trial records to Wass, I wonder why.

What I understand for these records are the personal records from the defense not the ones at the court case, since these last ones the judge can get it.

I am having trouble looking for Murray case at the LA Court. First I tried the link I usually use:

So I thought, maybe I am at the wrong link and I tried this one:

Then I tried to check one of them, but I don't get the case summary just the disposition to all of them

Guess what?

Murray got another extension when no more extensions would be granted.

In normal cases they have 1 year to filed the openning brief and only one extension of 1 month is granted. Murray is getting 6 months extensions. Will he get 7?
